Store Manager – Vuori (Mall of Emirates)

About the role

At Al Tayer Insignia, the Store Manager for Vuori at Mall of Emirates will lead a boutique that blends luxury fashion with a high‑energy retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience in one of Dubai’s premier shopping destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve revenue targets while upholding brand image and operational compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Vuori brand guidelines and ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor sales per square foot, analyse stock data and implement actions to maximise productivity and minimise loss.
• Provide market and competitor insights to buying, planning and marketing teams.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and foster a culture of excellent service.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with relevant parties.
• Ensure health & safety policies and all company procedures are consistently applied.
• Conduct regular stock takes in partnership with the Operations team.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5‑7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
• Proven ability to lead a team, drive sales and manage inventory in a luxury fashion environment.
