Store Supervisor – Sports Retail

About the role

The Store Supervisor, Sports will support sales growth and ensure high operational standards within the sports retail store. You will lead the store team, manage after‑sales processes and maintain exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the achievement of annual sales targets and drive team performance.
• Maintain proper staff coverage and scheduling to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Conduct store operation audits to ensure compliance with standard operating policies.
• Oversee after‑sales processes, ensuring adherence to repair and return policies.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays follow brand policies.
• Manage inventory movements, receiving, stocking, transfers and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute cash handling, inventory taking and record‑keeping according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong industry and product/category knowledge.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
