Stores Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Stores Executive to oversee inventory and store operations within our manufacturing environment in Dubai. The role involves managing material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance and ensuring accurate stock records through ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inventory and stores operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage and issue.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, cycle counts and stock audits, analyse variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX) and generate stock movement and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project and Production teams for material planning and availability.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in inventory, stores or material management within a manufacturing setting.
• Diploma in Engineering, B.Com or a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to work six days per week and strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP systems.
• Power BI, VBA and advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Inventory management, stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
