Strategic Account Executive (Remote – Dubai)

About the role

Unframe is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise sales for its LLM‑powered AI platform. Based remotely in Dubai, you will work closely with the VP of Sales and the founders to acquire the company’s first major customers and shape the go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and retail.
• Build a pipeline from scratch, identify strategic enterprise accounts and close high‑value deals without an existing playbook.
• Translate AI/ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C‑suite executives.
• Design multi‑year expansion plans and nurture relationships across IT, product and innovation teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the enterprise sales strategy and influence product roadmap.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of quota over‑achievement.
• Consistent success closing $1M+ ACV deals in early‑stage environments.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO and C‑suite audiences.
• Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, or enterprise data solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
