Strategy Manager – Senior Manager, Oil & Gas (MENA)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a senior‑level strategy professional to lead high‑impact consulting engagements for oil and gas clients across the MENA region. You will work within a globally connected team, shaping strategic roadmaps and supporting clients through complex industry challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic consulting projects in the Oil & Gas sector, defining objectives and ensuring alignment with EY‑Parthenon standards.
• Collaborate with senior client leadership to translate strategic challenges into actionable insights and high‑impact deliverables.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior members, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement.
• Conduct market assessments, develop business strategies, and apply data‑driven analysis to inform decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking institution; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or related energy‑transition projects within the MENA oil & gas market.
• Proven ability to manage complex, “big picture” strategy engagements and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel 25‑70 % of the time across the MENA region.
