Strength & Conditioning Coach (Part‑Time) – Cricket

About the role

We are seeking a committed Strength & Conditioning Coach to support our cricket team’s physical preparation, performance, recovery, and injury prevention. The role involves three evening training sessions per week in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warm‑ups, conditioning sessions, and injury‑prevention programmes during three evening training sessions per week.
• Conduct initial fitness assessments and regular performance testing throughout the season.
• Develop individualized gym and strength programmes tailored to players’ needs and performance goals.
• Work closely with the Head Coach to monitor and manage fast bowlers’ workloads.
• Track player progress and adjust training plans based on assessment results and performance demands.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach working with team‑sport athletes.
• A degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or a related discipline, and/or a recognised qualification such as UKSCA or NSCA‑CSCS.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be available for three evening training sessions per week.
