Student Engagement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to guide prospective students through every step of their journey, from initial enquiry to application. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on delivering high-quality, empathetic support while collaborating with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate assistance to prospective students via WhatsApp, phone, email and other channels.
• Conduct proactive outreach to assist students with the application process and keep them informed of program details and deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programmes, admission procedures and key dates.
• Collaborate with regional teams, escalating risks, concerns and conversion opportunities as needed.
• Enter and manage student records in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and generating reports.
• Utilise Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents, track metrics and support reporting.
• Prioritise multiple inquiries, meet turnaround-time targets and achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
