Supervisor Service Delivery – 4PL (Supply Chain)

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor Service Delivery to lead the execution of our service delivery strategy for an assigned customer portfolio within the Supply Chain Division in Dubai. You will ensure consistent achievement of customer expectations, SLAs and business objectives while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of service delivery requirements using dashboards and analytics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead a high‑performing team, providing coaching, feedback and development plans.
• Act as the primary operational contact for key customers, coordinating schedules and resources to ensure coverage.
• Collaborate across functions to standardise best practices and promote operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or customer‑facing service roles.
• Experience mentoring or coaching small project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 7.5% domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
