About the role
The Supervisor, Supply assists the Department Manager in securing the supply of petroleum products to ADNOC Distribution depots across the UAE, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted delivery to customers and filling stations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare annual and weekly product requirement forecasts and coordinate approvals with logistics and marketing divisions.
- Communicate daily stock positions, request supplies from Abu Dhabi Refinery, and manage pipeline and tanker deliveries.
- Verify certificates of quantity, reconcile tank‑gauging reports, and certify contractor delivery statements.
- Monitor monthly stock and movement statements for multiple depots and prepare comparison reports.
- Develop the capital budget for the supply area and support leave scheduling and appraisals for supply assistants.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in petroleum terminal operations and product supply.
- Good knowledge of Arabic and English.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Required skills
- PC literacy.
