Supervisor - Transportation Shuttle

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Supervisor to lead its Transportation Shuttle team. The role ensures safe, efficient shuttle service for guests and supports resort operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shuttle operations, including scheduling and route planning.
• Monitor driver performance and enforce safety and service standards.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve transportation‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, mileage, fuel usage and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments for special events and peak periods.
• Train and mentor shuttle drivers on policies, customer service and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company guidelines.
• Report incidents, accidents or maintenance problems to the Transportation Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; transportation or logistics certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience supervising transportation or fleet operations, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
