Supply Chain Business Analyst

About the role

Our client, a leading luxury fashion and accessories brand, is looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to support end‑to‑end supply chain operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will help ensure product availability, inventory balance, and premium service across retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain and inventory data to support demand planning and stock optimisation.
• Monitor inventory levels for luxury goods, balancing availability with exclusivity.
• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement and logistics teams to align supply with seasonal collections and product launches.
• Develop reports and dashboards tracking KPIs such as stock turnover, sell‑through rate and order fulfilment.
• Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining premium brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, fashion or luxury goods supply chains.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
