Supply Chain Excellence Executive - Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Supply Chain Excellence Executive will support the implementation and optimisation of our Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System while driving best‑practice logistics and supply chain processes across the organisation. You will work closely with business units to ensure inventory strategies, S&OP processes and logistics network designs are aligned with digitalisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the rollout, usage and optimisation of the Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System.
• Support development and validation of Supply Chain Excellence policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business units to enforce inventory strategies and planning methodologies.
• Provide support for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) implementation and maintenance.
• Contribute to logistics network design, enhancement initiatives and related implementation tasks.
• Monitor supply chain performance against KPIs and SLAs and prepare detailed management reports.
• Participate in supply chain transformation plans and digitalisation projects.
• Standardise and integrate supply chain business processes across the organisation.
• Identify improvement areas, track progress of projects and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, preferably with demand planning and logistics exposure.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
