Supply Chain Manager – Fitness & Sports Equipment

About the role

BeFit is seeking a senior Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end logistics of its fitness and sports equipment portfolio across the UAE and GCC. You will be responsible for demand planning, international sourcing, warehousing, delivery and installation, ensuring the right products reach retail, commercial and home customers on time and within cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning, set stock levels, safety stock and manage slow‑moving inventory.
• Manage procurement and supplier relationships with brands in Europe, the USA and Asia, negotiating pricing, incoterms and freight.
• Plan and oversee inbound shipments (FCL, LCL, air), coordinate customs clearance and track landed costs.
• Supervise warehouse operations, optimise layout, and manage third‑party logistics where needed.
• Schedule delivery and installation for gyms, hotels, residential towers and corporate sites, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain ERP/WMS data, track KPIs such as stock accuracy, inventory turns and on‑time delivery, and produce monthly reports.
• Lead, train and evaluate the supply chain, warehouse and logistics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field; professional certification (CIPS, APICS/ASCM) is a plus.
• 8–10 years of supply chain, procurement or logistics experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Specific experience in the fitness and sports equipment industry and familiarity with UAE/GCC import and customs processes.
