Support Engineer

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Support Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. You will assist clients by efficiently resolving technical issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Document solutions, provide guidance on system configurations, installations, and updates.
• Maintain and update support documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay feedback and suggest enhancements.
• Train customers on product usage and address concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or help desk roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non‑technical users.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and Mac OS systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
