SVP Technology – Lead Global Tech Strategy

About the role

The Senior Vice President of Technology will shape and deliver a world‑class technology ecosystem that enhances the ultra‑luxury guest experience and drives operational excellence across Kempinski’s global portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward‑looking technology roadmap aligned with brand and ownership expectations.
• Modernise infrastructure with a cloud‑first, resilient architecture and oversee core enterprise and hospitality systems.
• Elevate the digital guest journey, ensuring seamless integration of PMS, CRM, revenue, POS and guest‑facing platforms.
• Leverage predictive analytics and AI to optimise revenue, operations and guest satisfaction.
• Establish enterprise‑wide data governance, advanced analytics capabilities and robust cybersecurity measures.
• Standardise the global application landscape while preserving property‑level flexibility.
• Implement clear SLAs, KPIs and performance governance for IT service delivery worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology transformation, preferably within the hospitality or luxury services sector.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technology initiatives to business goals.
• Strong governance and vendor management skills.
