About the role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how Flowmingo integrates into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient hiring.
• Gather and relay feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with no set hours or quotas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools.
