Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both corporate and retail functions across the GCC, ensuring the attraction and hiring of high‑quality talent that meets business needs. The role also champions Emiratisation initiatives in line with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for corporate, retail operations and store‑based roles across the GCC, partnering with business leaders to understand manpower plans and competency requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting and agencies; conduct screening and coordinate technical interviews.
• Drive Emiratisation hiring strategy, build relationships with universities, career fairs and government platforms, and track related metrics.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, competitor hiring trends and talent availability; prepare job descriptions and ensure compliance with internal policies and GCC labour laws.
• Promote employer branding within the luxury jewellery retail sector through recruitment campaigns, social media initiatives and participation in career fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail, luxury or jewellery, with proven exposure to high‑volume hiring and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of GCC labour laws and Emiratisation regulations, stakeholder management and data‑driven reporting skills.
