Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

PureHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical and leadership positions across its integrated healthcare platform. The role combines executive‑search expertise with strategic talent advisory, offering exposure to senior leadership hiring and advanced AI‑enabled recruitment technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Act as an internal executive‑search partner, proactively sourcing and engaging top talent for critical and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and design targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, direct‑search methods, and AI‑enabled tools.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recruitment best practices to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts in line with compensation frameworks and company policy.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with a mix of executive‑search/agency and in‑house recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting and strong interview/evaluation techniques.
• Good understanding of HR policy, UAE employment law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
