Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Terracotta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to support the expansion of its permanent recruitment and executive search services across the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as a central pillar of the recruitment function, collaborating closely with business development, management, and leadership to drive hiring success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and executive roles.
• Partner with management and business development teams to align hiring strategies.
• Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple industries.
• Conduct interviews and ensure high‑quality hiring delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency environment (permanent recruitment / outsourcing).
• Experience recruiting across different industries in the Middle East.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
