Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual Arabic-English)

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is looking for a bilingual (Arabic-English) Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its HR operations, primarily based in Ajman with occasional duties in Dubai as required by management. The role covers full-cycle recruitment from contact center agents to C-level executives, supports Emiratization initiatives and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions from front-line agents and team leaders to executive and support roles.
• Lead Emiratization efforts and engage with UAE National talent pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on current and future hiring needs and execute high-volume hiring drives within tight timelines.
• Source, screen and interview candidates in Arabic and English, and coordinate interviews, feedback and offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases using ATS tools and provide hiring status reports and market feedback.
• Represent the company at career fairs, university events and Emiratization programs.
• Occasionally work from the Dubai office upon management request.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, including volume hiring and executive search.
• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven success in Emiratization recruitment.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing or contact centers preferred.
• Based in the UAE and able to join immediately; willing to commute to Dubai occasionally.
