Talent Acquisition Specialist (Forex, Retention & Sales)

About the role

Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Head Hunter on behalf of a leading online Forex and CFD trading firm based in Dubai, which serves clients across the UK. The role covers recruitment delivery, team leadership of in-house recruiters, reporting and onboarding support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer, joining and onboarding
• Proactively headhunt experienced Retention and Conversion Sales candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, databases, professional networks and direct approach
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage offers and negotiations, and ensure a successful start date
• Build and maintain live talent pipelines for recurring roles
• Lead and guide in-house recruiters, allocate vacancies, set priorities, monitor KPIs and coaching standards, and calibrate with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and source-effectiveness data, and present monthly reports on pipeline volume, conversion, time to fill, cost per hire and month-on-month movement
• Support basic HR administration and onboarding, coordinate with HR and the PRO on visas and documentation, and hand over new joiners to their departments

Required profile

• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Headhunting, especially for Retention, Conversion and Sales roles
• Mandatory: proven experience hiring in Europe, with a strong track record across European markets
• Experience managing, mentoring or supervising in-house recruiters
• Preferred: experience in CFD, Forex, FinTech, Brokerage or Financial Services; recruiting for UK and European sales desks; hiring across Canada, Australia and other English-speaking markets; building recruitment reporting from scratch

Required skills

• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and direct approach, with an established candidate network
• Confident interviewing, negotiation, candidate assessment and management
• Working knowledge of UAE HR, visa and onboarding processes
• Strong Excel skills for recruitment tracking and analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English
