Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its diverse portfolio of world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct resume screening, coordinate multi‑stage interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform reference checks, negotiate offers and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
