Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate Recruitment

About the role

Oia Properties, a leading real‑estate agency in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for its property‑focused teams. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top‑performing real‑estate professionals while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Recruit Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Leasing Agents and various management positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct candidate assessments for skills, experience, cultural fit and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for senior management.
• Strengthen employer branding to position Oia Properties as an employer of choice in the UAE real‑estate market.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a brokerage or real‑estate firm.
• Strong understanding of commission‑based hiring, agent structures and real‑estate licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to source high‑performing sales talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
