Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Dubai)

About the role

Dune Strategy, a management consulting firm based in Las Vegas, is hiring consultants and analysts in Dubai as more Gulf clients plan their U.S. sales. The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns the hiring process for the UAE team, from the job brief to the accepted offer. The role is full-time and remote from anywhere in the UAE, and involves coordinating interviews between Dubai and Las Vegas partners, who are about half a day behind.

Key responsibilities

• Agree each role's brief and hiring plan with the partners
• Write and post job ads on LinkedIn and job boards, and run the applicant tracking system
• Screen applications and hold first interviews by video
• Schedule interview rounds across Dubai and Las Vegas time zones
• Prepare offers with the HR Executive and keep candidates informed until they sign
• Report monthly to time to hire and where hires came from

Required profile

• 1+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house or at an agency
• Bachelor's degree
• Not required but useful: hiring for consulting, finance or sales roles, and experience working with managers in another time zone

Required skills

• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Workable, Greenhouse or Zoho Recruit
• Useful: LinkedIn Recruiter
