Talent Management Manager (Relocation from Asia/GCC considered)

About the role

The Talent Management Manager will lead the end‑to‑end talent management and learning & development agenda for a fast‑growing organization in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will design and implement frameworks that build a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competency models, talent assessment processes and succession planning strategies.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs, mentoring frameworks and executive coaching initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify critical talent, assess readiness and create career development pathways.
• Drive talent analytics, workforce capability planning and learning needs analysis to support strategic goals.
• Oversee the implementation of individual development plans (IDPs) and monitor progress against talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management, L&D and organizational development.
• Proven track record managing the full talent lifecycle, from identification to succession planning.
• Strong partnership skills with senior business leaders and HR teams.
• Experience working in complex, dynamic business environments.
