About the role

The Talent Partner will lead day‑to‑day recruitment activities and manage the local talent acquisition team in the region. The role focuses on sourcing commercial, technical and operational talent through local channels, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage local job portals, agencies and universities to build a talent pipeline for commercial, technical and operational positions.
• Develop, lead and mentor the regional Talent Acquisition team.
• Continuously optimise the end‑to‑end recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and hire quality.
• Strengthen the local employer brand to attract passive candidates and position the company as a top employer.
• Partner with HQ Talent Acquisition to ensure data consistency and provide regional insights for global reporting.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires, aligning them with company culture and values.
• Collaborate regularly with department heads and line managers to understand evolving talent needs.
• Lead additional HR projects or tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational companies operating in the UAE.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken); Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with local recruitment channels and talent‑sourcing strategies in the UAE.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai labour legislation, social security and tax regulations.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimising HR processes and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
