About the role
The position is based at Pearl British Academy, part of Aldar Academies, located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will join a diverse faculty dedicated to delivering high‑quality education in a supportive environment. The role involves teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies to students ranging from primary to secondary levels.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Arabic to students aged 6‑18, both native speakers and learners.
- Deliver Islamic Studies lessons in Arabic and English.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a multicultural learning environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic or a related field.
- Strong background in Islamic Studies.
- Experience teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies to a wide age range (6‑18).
- Teacher training or certification preferred, especially in an international school setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic language instruction for both native and non‑native speakers.
- Ability to teach Islamic Studies in Arabic and English.
