Team Assistant – Luxury Retail (Mall of the Emirates)

About the role

Your role is part of the Tiffany legacy, delivering a treasured experience for every customer who visits the boutique. You will welcome clients, provide personalized hospitality, and help create memorable moments that reflect the Tiffany brand.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly and have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities to create personalized experiences and positively impact sales and service.
• Accurately manage the client waiting list, if applicable.
• Keep the hospitality area fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
• Assist Client Advisors with wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized sales floor areas.
• Support the operations team by following operational policies and procedures to ensure effective store operations.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous retail, luxury retail or client‑related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights and holidays.
