Team Leader – Retail (UAE National)

About the role
The company is seeking a UAE national to lead its retail sales team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the retail sales team, allocate duties, shifts and break schedules.
- Drive the team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure merchandise is correctly displayed, priced, replenished and stock levels are monitored.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising and compliance with cash‑handling and POS procedures.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of retail sales, customer service and store operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs.
- People‑management, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling and inventory processes.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
