Tech Lead – Web3 dApp

About the role

1inch is looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical execution, architecture, and engineering excellence of its web dApp. This hands‑on leadership position will shape a security‑critical Web3 application that enables users to interact with decentralized finance services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the frontend architecture of the 1inch web dApp with security as a core principle.
• Write production‑grade code for critical features, complex Web3 user journeys, and performance‑sensitive components.
• Design secure integrations with backend services, blockchain APIs, wallet providers, signing flows, approvals, swaps, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for security, performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers through code reviews, hiring, onboarding, and continuous development.
• Promote AI‑assisted engineering practices while maintaining rigorous quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, mobile, QA, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, reliable features.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional frontend or full‑stack development experience.
• Proven experience in a senior or technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Angular, with a track record of shipping large‑scale production web applications.
• Deep understanding of secure engineering practices and Web3 integration patterns.
