Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to guide a high‑performing development team in delivering scalable, high‑quality applications. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with requirements and standards.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and drive continuous improvement in team performance.
• Maintain high quality of deliverables and enforce best‑practice coding standards.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to implement innovative technical solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, application design and system integration.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and project coordination abilities.

• .NET 4.5+ and ASP.NET MVC
• Angular 4+ (front‑end development)
• Web APIs, CSS3, HTML5
• Entity Framework and SQL Server 2012+
• Object‑oriented programming and software development methodologies
• RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, WCF, Docker
• Power BI and NoSQL databases
