Technical Lead – .NET Core, Cloud & Front‑End

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of enterprise‑grade applications. The role combines full‑stack .NET development with cloud architecture, micro‑service design and front‑end engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of full‑stack applications using .NET Core and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions on Azure or AWS and implement micro‑service back‑ends.
• Create micro‑frontend components with Angular, Blazor, Razor Pages and MVC.
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enforce GitFlow branching and version‑control standards.
• Implement unit and integration testing frameworks to ensure code reliability.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Optimize database performance with SQL Server, Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project‑management tools.
