About the role
A leading construction enterprise in the UAE is seeking a Technical Manager to direct technical operations for major civil infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, underpasses, and utility networks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive technical operations across large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Review engineering drawings, design packages and technical specifications to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and RTA regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, municipal bodies and project stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve site issues.
- Provide high‑level technical guidance during planning, scheduling and execution phases.
- Manage engineering documentation, method statements and quality assurance processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 16 years of civil infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years in a technical or engineering management role on major roads and highways.
- Proven experience with Dubai Municipality (DM) and RTA statutory guidelines.
