Technical Product Manager – Digital Travel Platforms

About the role

The Technical Product Manager will drive end‑to‑end development and enhancement of Holiday Market's digital platforms, including the website and mobile applications. The role focuses on technology‑led product planning, execution, and optimisation, collaborating closely with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for digital travel platforms, aligning with business and technology strategy.
• Prepare detailed functional requirements (FRDs), user stories, and workflows, securing stakeholder approvals.
• Define project scope, budgets, and timelines before development initiation.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and external vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality feature delivery.
• Drive budget planning, cost control, and monitor adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage third‑party integrations including APIs, suppliers, payment gateways, CRM, and other travel platforms.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Lead requirement grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release management, and post‑release reviews.
• Monitor platform performance and customer feedback to implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in product management for web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to plan budgets, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience working in agile environments and leading sprint ceremonies.
