Technical Product Manager Owner - UAE

About the role

deltaconX, a SaaS platform that simplifies regulatory compliance and streamlines transaction reporting (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, FinfraG, MAS, USDF, ASIC, HKMA, REMIT and more), is looking for a Technical Product Manager in Abu Dhabi (Masdar City). The role drives the vision, strategy and continuous evolution of the platform, bridging Product, Engineering, Service Desk and Business stakeholders. It is a full-time position of 42 hours per week, starting on or after 11 January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritise business needs and build a business-driven product roadmap that is technically feasible and scalable.
• Translate customer and market needs into functional specifications, workflows, schemas and implementation concepts for Engineering and Product teams.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, positioning and value proposition, and manage the product backlog and roadmap.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, schemas and supporting documentation.
• Act as liaison between Management, Business Analysts (Service Desk), Development, Release Management and other stakeholders, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps and fellow Product Managers.
• Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory developments, and support certification and compliance initiatives such as ISO and SOC.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, regulatory or technically complex environments.
• Experience in strongly regulated industries and understanding of compliance-driven business environments.
• Openness to adopt modern AI-assisted tools; Product Owner/Management certification is advantageous.
• Only applicants who are already residents of the UAE will be considered.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile tools.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows and system architecture.
• Good understanding of SDLC and technical product delivery processes.
• Experience in requirements engineering, solution analysis and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR or SFTR is desirable but not required.
