Technical Product Owner - Emiratisation

About the role

Join Emirates' Technical Product Management team to build and evolve technology products that serve both B2B and B2C customers across digital, airline, airport operations, group services and commercial domains. You will act as the voice of the customer, partnering with business stakeholders to guide products from concept through to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define story content, acceptance criteria and sign‑off for team backlogs, ensuring user stories are ready for upcoming Program Increments.
• Capture, refine and prioritize technical debt, non‑functional requirements, BAU, ceremonies and spikes across all sprints.
• Prepare and present contributions to PI demos in collaboration with other Product Owners.
• Maintain feature quality and integrity, flagging risks and dependencies back to the product portfolio backlog.
• Participate in key Product Management meetings, especially PI Planning, and define metrics to measure success and performance.
• Help grow a community of Product Owners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and consolidate team‑driven innovation ideas for presentation to the Technical Product Management community.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3) in IT.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years as a Product Owner or Manager.
• Certified in Global Product Management (CSPO, SAFe, PSPO) and experienced with product‑management tools.
• Demonstrated technical or domain expertise and ability to stay current with regulatory changes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with peers, line managers and stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable value.
