Technical Product Owner Implementation Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead to drive the delivery and stabilization of a wealth management platform for a leading bank in Abu Dhabi. The role blends product ownership, technical implementation, and platform governance across large‑scale transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end platform implementation, configuration and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate vendor delivery teams, internal technical stakeholders and business owners.
• Configure core wealth modules such as accounts, portfolios, custody, reporting and corporate actions.
• Manage development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and production environments.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, privileged‑access management, audit and logging.
• Support production cut‑over, hyper‑care and release planning activities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations and external partners to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management platform implementations or similar large‑scale banking projects.
• Proven track record of product ownership and technical leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
