Technical Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead to drive the implementation and stabilization of enterprise wealth management platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role combines product ownership, technical leadership, and platform governance across large‑scale banking transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own platform implementation and stabilization, coordinating vendor delivery teams and internal technical stakeholders.
• Configure wealth platform modules such as accounts, portfolios, custody, reporting, and corporate actions.
• Manage development, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and operational readiness, handling privileged access, audit, and logging requirements.
• Support production cut‑over, hyper‑care activities, and drive release planning and implementation governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and operations teams to support enhancements and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management platform implementation or related banking transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, release management, and operational excellence.
