Technical Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead to drive the implementation and stabilization of an enterprise wealth management platform in Abu Dhabi. The role blends product ownership, technical delivery, platform governance and stakeholder coordination across a large banking transformation program.

Key responsibilities

• Own platform implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate vendor delivery teams and technical stakeholders.
• Configure wealth platform modules including accounts, portfolios, custody, reporting, and corporate actions.
• Manage DEV, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and operational readiness.
• Manage privileged access, audit, and logging requirements.
• Support production cutover and hyper‑care activities.
• Drive release planning and implementation governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and operations teams.
• Support platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management platform implementations.
• Proven experience in product ownership and technical delivery leadership.
• Strong background in platform governance and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
