Technical Project Manager

About the role

Our semi‑government client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Shared Services function. The role focuses on delivering customer‑experience improvements, process optimisation, digital solutions and new service activation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology, digital transformation and business improvement projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through design, implementation, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Drive CX initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer journeys.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Identify and implement business process improvements, automation and optimisation.
• Support activation and rollout of new services, ensuring operational readiness.
• Maintain project governance, including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party vendors.
• Track KPIs and benefits realisation to ensure measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise technology and digital transformation projects.
• Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
