Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager you will oversee the planning, execution and end‑to‑end delivery of implementation projects for Quantexa’s clients. You will work within a Delivery team of engineers, analysts, data scientists and architects to achieve the best outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, actively mitigating risks, controlling costs, timelines and scope.
• Drive successful outcomes by delivering projects in the most optimal way to maximise client value.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, negotiating contracts and using Time‑and‑Materials or Fixed‑Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Work autonomously while engaging the wider Quantexa organisation when needed.
• Develop and execute stakeholder‑management strategies for both client and internal leadership.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management professional with strong leadership and a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and other project methodologies, able to scale them across multiple teams.
• Extensive stakeholder‑management experience in consultancy or client‑side environments.
• Experience delivering large, data‑driven software projects through the full lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of technical issues that affect outcomes and ability to devise mitigation strategies.
• Strong business orientation, ensuring project goals align with client objectives.
• Ability to operate in complex, multi‑team settings and influence cross‑functional groups.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Fluent/native Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and Gulf region as required.
