Technical Sales Intern – Dubai

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a Technical Sales Intern in Dubai to join its Digital Industry team. The intern supports the sales team in identifying and qualifying customers, researching the market and helping prepare technical sales materials. The position is full-time, fixed term and office/site based.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
• Understand customer challenges and gather technical and business requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations, proposals, demonstrations and sales materials.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide technical information.
• Coordinate between sales, pre-sales, engineering and project delivery teams.
• Support solution design and recommend suitable products and services.
• Maintain CRM records and sales opportunity updates.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops and site visits.
• Assist in preparing commercial offers, quotations and tender submissions.
• Support digitalization, automation, AI, SCADA, Industrial IoT or software solution initiatives as applicable.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous internship or corporate experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, collaborative teams.
