Technical Training Consultant – Plumbing Solutions

About the role

Viega is seeking a Technical Training Consultant to build technical capability and product expertise across the Middle East and later APAC regions. The role involves extensive travel to engage customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners through technical presentations and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured technical training programs for sales teams, dealers, plumbers, contractors, MEP consultants and builders.
• Conduct classroom, on‑site and demonstration‑based training sessions and develop training modules, presentations, videos and product manuals.
• Support sales with technical presentations, product demonstrations and pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance.
• Maintain deep product and application expertise, collect market feedback and support new product launches through technical roadshows.
• Track training effectiveness, maintain a database of trained personnel and report on training impact.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• 6–8 years of experience in technical training and capability building within the plumbing, piping or building materials industry.
• Strong public speaking, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
