About the role

Innovations Global seeks a Technology Project Executive to lead the delivery of creative technology solutions for events and exhibitions in Dubai. The role involves coordinating AV, lighting, and sound systems, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless onsite execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technology requirements, vendor contracts, equipment delivery, installation, and testing for large‑scale events.
• Support event technology mock‑ups, commissioning, onsite operations, troubleshooting, and dismantling activities.
• Collaborate with creative, production, operations, logistics, and project teams to align technical execution with project timelines.
• Monitor equipment condition, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance event delivery and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Event Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event technology coordination or AV services.
• Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills in fast‑paced indoor and outdoor event environments.
