Telecaller

About the role

A confident and enthusiastic Telecaller is sought to make outbound calls to prospective customers, understand their needs and schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team. The role is based in Dubai and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular contact.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM or database.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or call center roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
