Telemarketing Specialist – On‑site in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telemarketing Specialist to join our Dubai office. In this role you will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, introduce our services, qualify leads and arrange follow‑up meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and nurture leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, provide clear information and handle basic objections.
• Maintain and update call lists and CRM records, tracking outcomes and documenting interactions.
• Schedule appointments and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts, share prospect feedback and support campaign execution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage time effectively and meet call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales or a call‑center environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and call tracking.
