Telemarketing Supervisor

About the role

The Telemarketing Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, leading a team of telemarketers to generate leads and support sales objectives for Stravion Investment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily calling activities, set targets and monitor performance against scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Coach, train and provide regular feedback to team members to improve communication, customer service and conversion rates.
• Analyze call metrics and campaign results, prepare reports for management and work with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Handle escalated customer interactions, maintain high‑quality service standards and drive continuous improvement of telemarketing processes.

Required profile

• Strong people and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a telemarketing team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, capable of handling escalations professionally.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret call data and recommend actionable improvements.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales or call‑center supervision, preferably in real estate, investments or financial services.
• Ability to organise workloads, manage targets and thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
