Telesales Agent (Cars)

About the role

Join Bayut & dubizzle as a Telesales Agent for Cars, driving revenue through high‑volume outbound calls and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell car listings.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities, handling objections and negotiating terms.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide post‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in telesales, call centre or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and time‑management abilities.
• Highly motivated, resilient and able to work under pressure.
