Tele‑Sales Agent – Luxury Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Tele‑Sales Agent to join our high‑performing sales team in Dubai. You will contact prospective buyers, qualify their interest, and turn leads into booked appointments for our senior brokers, working in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to fresh and aged leads.
• Qualify buyers based on budget, timeline, and investment goals.
• Book 15+ meetings per month for senior sales staff.
• Follow up consistently on all leads using our CRM system.
• Maintain accurate daily records and pipeline updates.
• Participate in team briefings and developer product training sessions.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in real‑estate tele‑sales or phone sales.
• Strong, confident phone presence.
• Fluent in English plus Hindi, Urdu or Arabic (any combination).
• Currently based in the UAE or able to relocate immediately.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Bitrix24.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and loyal work history.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24 or similar).
