Telesales Agent / Outbound Calling Sales Agent - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to generate qualified sales opportunities by reaching out to prospective B2B clients and scheduling meetings for our Sales team. The role focuses on promoting technology solutions such as Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), software solutions, Agentic AI, AI automation and other digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers and decision‑makers.
• Identify business needs and generate interest in our technology and AI solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on requirements, authority, budget and timelines.
• Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, comfortable speaking with senior business decision‑makers.
• Target‑oriented, persistent and confident over the phone.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Saudi or Khaleeji dialect).
• Good understanding of technology, SaaS or AI solutions is an advantage.
